What a way to end off a very successful inaugural season – the final event in the 2016-2017 series was incredible with over 60 teams entering in both the Short and Long Distance aquathlon events.  The Introwise Catering Participation Floating Trophy was up for grabs and what a close finish it was.  As you were aware, every team from every school who entered a race throughout the season received 1 point – the points were logged and at the Final race on Sunday, schools had one last chance to enter as many teams as possible to increase their points tally.  The final points log was oh so close – congratulations go to Lomagundi College who pipped Arundel Girls by 1 point to become the first recipients of the Participation Trophy – well done to you all
