Hope this finds you all well, safe and healthy – with the recent relaxation of the lockdown regulations we now wait for the green light from Ministry and SRC to resume activities.

You may have seen in the news and on social media that consultations between various Ministries and SRC are underway regarding the resumption of Low Risk Sporting Activities – Triathlon is on the list and we are eagerly awaiting the official announcement.

Throughout the lockdown period the Mount Pleasant Pool has been kept clean and tidy with the grass being cut, plants being maintained etc., we would like to make special mention of Mr Sanda Sandras who has made sure that the venue will be spick and span ready for us to return.  In recent days, maintenance and cleaning of the pool has been underway and special thanks again to Colin Weston for his guidance and expertise – the pool will be sparkling blue and clean when we start events.  The roads around Mount Pleasant that form our bike and run courses are in need of attention and plans are underway to get ABC course ready.

Our season calendar will be reviewed in the next day or so and events for March and April will be confirmed – hopefully having our comeback event on Sunday 14th March IF all goes to plan.  Although our season was due to end at the end of March we would like to get in a few events in April to make up for lost time and before winter sets in and the water at the pool gets too cold !!  We will advise on all developments as soon as we can

In the meantime, please keep checking your email and our website and social media for any other updates
