All events will take place on SATURDAY 2ND DECEMBER and will include –
TRIATHLON – Standard, Sprint, SuperSprint, Trifit, TriFun and Trisport –
DUATHLON – Sprint and SuperSprint
AQUABIKE – Sprint and SuperSprint
OPEN WATER SWIM – 750m, 1500m, and 4x500m Relay
This will be SELECTION RACE # 5 (COMPULSORY) for the U15/U17/U19 Youth and Junior Athletes hoping to gain those valuable points needed to be considered eligible for selection to compete at the 2024 Youth SA Championships and 2024 Junior Africa Cup events in South Africa and the 2024 Africa Championships in Egypt next year – an extremely important for our young athletes to participate.

Late entries for Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike will be accepted until 4.00pm on FRIDAY 1st DECEMBER at the venue Club House prior to the Briefing and Q&A session. Late entries for the Open Water Swim will be accepted on race day until 10.00am only
Races will start from 07.30am am with check in taking place from 6.45am at the Dam Wall
As there are early starts it is recommended that you plan your journey to arrive at Smallbridge Dam on Friday afternoon/evening and stay overnight at this beautiful venue.
For arrivals at the Race Venue at the Dam Wall on Saturday morning please note that there will be controlled vehicle access as there will be bikers and runners out on the course – please proceed with extreme caution.
