2023-2024 SEASON MEMBERSHIP, LICENCE & RACE ENTRY FEES
1. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP & LICENCE FEES
i. Applies to everyone registered in our current database and who actively participates in our triathlon, duathlon and aquathlon events, Technical Officials, Coaches and Committee members and applies to the entire 2023-2024 Season.
ii. This fee covers Annual WT / ATU / ZOC Affiliation Fees, Licence Fee, SRC Sportsman Levy, Pool Maintenance Levy, COVID-19 Supplies Levy and 3rd party liability Insurance cover for the season and must be paid on or before 30th SEPTEMBER 2023 and no later than 30th NOVEMBER 2023. Payment plans can be arranged with the Treasurer.
iii. Paid up members will be entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Non-paid-up members may attend the Annual General Meeting but may not contribute to the voting procedures
iv. Paid up members will be issued with a MEMBERSHIP CARD once the Pool officially opens for the summer. This card will allow free entry to, and use of the Mount Pleasant Swimming pool for training purposes during the week within regular pool opening hours. Please be cognisant of the fact that this is a public swimming pool and space in the pool must be shared if groups are training at the same time as other members of the public.
2, FEES STRUCTURE
Individuals :
US$ 50 PER PERSON (active race participant)
US$ 10 PER CHILD (active race participant – Tri-Tots/Kidz/Sport)
US$ 10 PER PERSON (NON-PARTICIPATING MEMBER i.e. does not participate in races eg Technical Officials, Coaches, Committee Members)
US$ 100 PER FAMILY
US$ 200 PER CORPORATE

3. RACE ENTRY FEES – subject to review and to change for fund raising events during the season

NON PAID-UP MEMBERS (Day entries and those who have not paid TZ membership fee)

TEAM ENTRIES All disciplines – triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon – all distances – US$ 15 per team or US$ 5 per person
